Amazon would be developing a series of Mass Effect

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is a collection of the video games in the Mass Effect trilogy: Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3. It was created by BioWare as well as released by Digital Arts. All three games were remastered, with visual enhancements, technical improvements, and also gameplay adjustments. Mass Effect, the initial video game of the trilogy, obtained a lot more comprehensive upgrades than its equivalents, particularly with respect to graphics, fight auto mechanics, truck handling, and filling times.
Advancement on the Legendary Edition commenced in 2019 under the instructions of Mac Walters, that formerly acted as lead writer for Mass Effect 2 and also Mass Effect 3. BioWare determined to come close to the project as a remaster as opposed to a remake in order to maintain the original trilogy experience. The compilation was announced on November 7, 2020, and launched on May 14, 2021, for Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, as well as PlayStation 4. Legendary Edition got really positive reviews from computer game publications, who commended the boosted experience of the first game along with the comfort as well as range of the general plan. Minor objection was aimed at the degree of the gameplay and also aesthetic modifications in certain regards.

The Mass Effect: Legendary Edition It certainly helped to give new life to this popular BioWare franchise. We know that a new delivery is coming on the way, but it seems that this is not the only project of the Saga for the future. We say this because a recent report suggests that Amazon would be interested in developing a series based on this acclaimed IP.

Last weekend it premiered the time wheel in Amazon, Series that adapt the events of the novels under the same name. As a result of the success obtained, Deadline launched a report where they mention that Amazon has a wide list of popular franchises that would like to adapt, and among them, you are Mass Effect.

Supposedly, EA and Amazon have already been on talks concerning this project, but for the time being, none of the two parties has managed to agree on its execution. Additionally, this report also does not mention whether that series would count an original story or if it will possibly be an adaptation of trilogy.

Editor’s note: I would love to have a series set in the universe of Mass Effect, although no matter how much I love the story of Commander Shepard and company, I would prefer to see any other story on the girl screen and not necessarily a recreation of The events of the original trilogy.
