In this book, Dave Filoni, producer and creator of The Mandalorian revealed that George Lucas was concerned about the participation and weight that Grogu would have in the series . “I had a conversation with George, at one point, about Baby Yoda, and the main concern about him was that he should have an adequate amount of training.”
