Nintendo has opened the records to participate in the online test of Nintendo Switch Sports.
This free trial will be held this weekend, on February 19 and 20, and will allow you to test the Wii Sports successor before its launch on April 29.
European users can register on this link. Interestingly, the test will be exclusive for users of Nintendo Switch’s normal or OLED model, not to be compatible with the Nintendo Switch Lite console.
The Japanese company has also insisted that “it is possible that [the online test] does not faithfully reflect the full version of Nintendo Switch Sports. You may experience unexpected behaviors while playing.”
The online test will allow playing three sports (bowling, tennis and chambara) and will have the following schedules:
Saturday, February 19
- 04:00 – 04:45 (peninsular hours)
- 12:00 – 12:45 (peninsular hours)
- 20:00 – 20:45 (peninsular hours)
Sunday, February 20
- 04:00 – 04:45 (peninsular hours)
- 12:00 – 12:45 (peninsular hours)
In the version that will be put on sale in April, sports such as badminton, soccer or volleyball will be available, as well as classic as tennis or bowling. Later, in autumn, a free update will be published that will add another more sport, golf.
