The squall is only available in the GIL in the Chocobo GP. Gil Shop Shop is reset on the same day when the first season ends on May 16, 2022, at 14:59 Japanese standard time . But this puts the question of whether you can get Squall after the end of the first Chocobo GP season.

Unfortunately, We do not know this answer . Skolvl is one of the most iconic Final Fantasy characters. Therefore, it is unlikely that Square Enix will not make this character available to all players. But there is there is no official confirmation whether Skolvl will be available after resetting Gil store.
If you want to unlock and play for Skolvla, we recommend buying it and not risking the fact that the scroll will disappear from the store. It costs 3000 Gil which can be earned by performing weekly tasks for three weeks or unlocking levels in the prize subscription.
