Undoubtedly , Metal Gear Solid 3 is one of the best games ever created. Even to date, the masterpiece of Hideo Kojima is remembered by fans with a lot of love, to the point that there are already dozens of petitions demanding a remaster. Despite having left 18 years ago, the community continues to find new secrets and one of them allows us to skip completely the infamous scene with the ladder.
Through a new video, the user of YouTube known as ASPEL , revealed an unusual method to skip the scene with the ladder, and you can see it for yourself below:
Basically, this glitch consists of pressing a series of particular buttons on the menu, and once the player returns to the game, Snake will make a t-pose and float for a few moments before being shot in the air to the top.
Obviously, this new trick will be very useful for the Speedrunning community, who as we know, are always looking for new ways to break the game to reach the credits as soon as possible.
Editor’s note: I am surprised that at 18 years of its launch, the Metal Gear Solid 3 community continues to find new shortcuts and ways of progress. Not all games have the privilege of having such a loyal fan base, and let’s hope Konami realize this and start working on a remake or something like that.
